Julias Lake Views – The Penthouse Suite at the "Water Front" of Lake Zell. Luxury interior and spacious room division on 95m² gives space for up to 7 guests. Two separate sleeping rooms and a spacious living room with wooden beams and high ceiling create a cosy atmosphere. The highlight: Our guests enjoy a private terrace with direct lake and mountain view. At the front we have the promenade of Lake Zell including the docks of the MS Schmitten. At the back we have the historic old town of Zell am See with various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are only a few steps away. The golf course (4km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport.
The open kitchen with dishwasher provides our guests with everything they need, whether you plan an extended brunch or a lovely dinner. Fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our amenities.
Whether on snowy winter days or sunny summer trips the central heating and floor cooling guarantee for the right room temperature. We take care of the small things and provide our guests with iron, hair dryer, washing mashing and tumble dryer in the bottom of the house. Of course we offer WIFI and parking in front of the house.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und geräumig. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und alles ist sehr sauber.

Zumindest in der Wintersaison bei geschlossenen Fenstern haben wir uns durch die Lage am Bahnhof nicht beeinträchtigt gefühlt. Im Gegenteil: Die Seelage mit dem herrlichen Ausblick ist ein Genuss! |
